How will SYS support me through the publishing process?
Our preferred online publishing tool is very user friendly, but if you are still stuck, you can email us or give us a call. Better yet, we can create the entire book for you.
How do I know if I will be happy with my book?
SYS will send you a formatted PDF draft. You will have the opportunity to proofread and send through changes. Three drafts are complimentary. You may also request a hard copy proof (charges may apply).
Are there any hidden costs?
No, the only costs that may vary are delivery and editing. Delivery is based on weight and distance. You will be given a delivery estimate upon request. Included in the price are 3 drafts. Additional drafts are rarely required, but fees apply.
How long does it take to print the books?
All books are printed in Australia. When you approve the FINAL pre-press proof, printing takes 2-3 weeks. Allow an additional week for delivery. In a hurry? Let us know and we may be able to fast track your books.
Can I include images?
Absolutely! You can include images of artwork, family photos, foodie pics, sport action shots and stage production or dance photos to name a few. SYS also has a large library of stock photos that we can add to your publication.
